Terms & Conditions

By signing below, I am accepting the terms and conditions and I authorize Reprise Travel to charge the credit card provided herein to make payments on my behalf. I understand that credits, refunds, and cancellations are a the discretion of the supplier(s) and not Reprise Travel Agency. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card. Please note that payments may be broken up into separate transactions depending on the supplier being used.

I understand that I may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in the travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency. I understand that declining travel insurance could result in the loss of my travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. I also acknowledge that without insurance there may be no way to recoup my losses, costs, or expenses incurred.

Cancellation & Change Policy

Please review this carefully. By registering for the trip, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations

Before October 7, 2025: Only the deposit is non-refundable.
Oct 7 – Nov 5, 2025: 50% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
Nov 6 – Dec 4, 2025: 75% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
After Dec 5, 2025: Trip is 100% non-refundable.

Flights & Name Changes
Roundtrip airfare is included. Changes to flights are subject to airline rules and fees.
Name changes incur airline penalties plus a $25 service fee per person.
Some airlines do not allow changes within 7 days of travel — please check your info carefully!

No Refunds for:

Missed flights or airport transfers
Late arrivals or early departures
Unused services after the trip begins

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is included in your package.
If you cancel for a covered reason, you may file a claim with the insurance provider for reimbursement.
Policy details will be provided after insurance is obtained.

The final payment is due by October 5, 2025.
