 Cancellation policy:
We are Victorious Vacations and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Victorious Vacations and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
 
Cancellation fees may be imposed on any or all parts of your travel. Airline ticket, accommodation fees, and any other portion of your reservation may be subject to the loss of some (or all) of the fare, should you elect to change or cancel this reservation or miss your flight, for any reason. It is suggested to protect your travel investment by purchasing some form of travel protection which must be paid at time of booking; and will increase your initial deposit. In the event you must submit a claim through travel protection, be aware that any refunds or credits, if any, are subject to the terms and agreement of the insurance policy. 
 
Please read this carefully! You are a valued client and Victorious Vacations want to do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable and worry free. Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur - before you leave or when you’re away from home - the Travel Protection Plan is strongly recommended and is available upon request. To decline recommended travel protection, your signature on the insurance waiver form is required. Final Travel Documents (tickets, vouchers, etc.) cannot be sent to you prior to receipt of the signed insurance waiver.
 

If you choose not to enroll in the Travel Protection Plan, you understand that you are responsible for any cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses incurred. Victorious Vacations is not responsible for trip cancellations or illnesses contracted before, during, or after your trip due to the ZIKA Virus, COVID-19, or any outbreak/contraction of any other virus/infection. Purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE is the only way to protect your reservation as CDC warnings do not warrant cancellation without penalty. 

It is imperative that you arrive to the airport 2-3 hours BEFORE scheduled departure time. Victorious Vacations, its owner, and/ or affiliates will NOT be responsible for any travel delays, missed flights, and/or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to: improper/invalid identification/passports, inaccurate/wrong ID/Passport name(s) provided by you. 

 
A nonrefundable deposit per person is required. This deposit will secure your reservation; however, your room selection will not be guaranteed until booking. All rooms are on a first come first serve basis with limited availability. The final payment is due by August 26, 2027. 
Occupancy Rate Description:
  • Single Occupancy - this means it's only one person staying in the room. Select this rate if you DO NOT have a roommate. 
  • Double Occupancy - this means it's a total of two people staying in the room.
  • Triple Occupancy - this means it's a total of three people staying in the room.
 
 ⚠️ Important: Please provide accurate information for each traveler.
If you have not yet applied for your passport, you may enter “Passport Number TBD.” However, please note that you are solely responsible for obtaining and securing a valid passport and visa prior to departure. 
Steps on how to book:
  • Click "Book Now" based on which room category you want
  • On the next screen, it will ask for the number of travelers (in the drop-down box, choose the number of people you are paying your deposit for)
  • On the far right, it will tell you the overall cost of your trip package, then click continue to traveler. 
  • On the next screen, it will say "Enter Traveler Details"
  • If you are booking for you and your roommate, enter all the details for both you and your roommate. 
  • Then proceed to making the payment
  

Changes After Booking:

Any modifications requested after booking may be subject to change fees in accordance with the supplier’s policies and guidelines.
