Payment Authorization & Legal Acknowledgment 

By submitting this reservation form with my credit card information and or turning on autopay feature, I authorize JEK Travels to charge the payment method provided for all deposits, scheduled payments, balances, fees, and applicable charges related to my travel booking. I acknowledge and agree that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing. I authorize automatic processing of scheduled payments and accept full financial responsibility for any declined payments, penalties, cancellation fees, or supplier-imposed charges. I understand that JEK Travels acts solely as a booking agent and is not responsible for supplier actions, delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses. I agree not to dispute or charge back any authorized charges and will contact JEK Travels directly to resolve any concerns. I acknowledge that travel insurance was offered and declined, and I voluntarily assume all financial risk associated with cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, supplier default, and unforeseen events. I agree that this booking is subject to JEK Travels’ full Terms & Agreement, including chargeback protection, force majeure, pandemic, liability, and indemnification clauses, which are available on the website. By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms.
