Due Dates:

 

  • January 5th, 2025   $300 to reserve your room due.

  • January 6th, 2025  50% of remaining balance is due.

  • February 5th, 2026  Remaining balance due.

  • Enero 5, 2026 se requiere un depósito inicial de $300USD para reservar tu habitación.
  • Enero 6, 2026 se requiere el pago del 50% del total restante.

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Janet and Logan Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur penalties for those that book outside this room block.

 

  1. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  2. Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
  3. If you would like to arrive earlier, extend your stay, change your room or change your length of stay, please contact us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com
  4. February 28th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.
  5. Haven Riviera Cancun is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.
  6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

Para ser considerado parte del Grupo de la Boda de Janet y Logan, es necesario reservar a través de este bloqueo de habitaciones en lugar de cualquier otro método de reservación (ni siquiera directo con el hotel). Janet y Logan tendrán que pagar penalidades por aquellas habitaciones que reserven por fuera de este bloqueo.

 

  1. Si la categoría de habitación que deseas reservar ya no cuenta con disponibilidad o si deseas mejorar la categoría que tienes reservada, por favor ponte en contacto por correo a hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com para revisar tarifas especiales y disponibilidad.
  2. Números de habitación específicos o asignación en edificios y áreas específicas del hotel no se garantizan con anticipación y se tendrán que solicitar, bajo disponibilidad, al momento del check-in.
  3. Si deseas cambiar la categoría de tu habitación, llegar antes o extender tu estancia, por favor ponte en contacto por correo a hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com
  4. Febrero 28, 2026 es la fecha límite para reasignar habitaciones a un nombre diferente o cambiar las fechas de estancia.
  5. Haven Riviera Cancun es un hotel exclusivo para adultos; la edad mínima para registrarse es 18 años sin excepciones. Se tomará en cuenta la edad real al momento del check-in.
  6. Es posible modificar la categoría de su habitación, pero los tiempos de respuesta de los resorts pueden tardar semanas. Se recomienda seleccionar la categoría de su habitación con precisión.
 

Cancellation policy:

 

  • If you cancel your reservation before January 11th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between January 11th, 2026 and February 11th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%

  • Between February 11th, 2026 and March 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 60%

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers after March 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your room total

 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Haven Riviera Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Haven Riviera Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

Política de Cancelación:

 

  • Si cancelas tu reservación antes de Enero 11, 2026 sólo serás reponsable por el primer depósito no-reembolsable de $300USD por habitación.

  • Entre Enero 11, 2026 y Febrero 11, 2026 cualquier noche de habitación cancelada tendrá un coste del 50%.

  • Entre Febrero 11, 2026 y Marzo 1, 2026 cualquier noche de habitación cancelada tendrá un coste del 60%.

  • Si cancelas tu reservación por completo, tienes no-show o reduces el número de noches de estancia y/o número de personas en la reservación después Marzo 1, 2026 serás responsable por el pago del 100% del total de la estancia reservada.

 

Con tu seguro de viaje podrás presentar un reclamo para conseguir in reembolso basado en los términos de la póliza que hayas contratado.

Haven Riviera Cancun NO otorgará créditos o vouchers para futuras estancias en caso de que no puedas viajar en las fechas oficiales de tu reservación por cualquiera que sea la razón.

Bohemia Wedding Travel NO es un agente de Haven Riviera Cancun y no tiene ninguna injerencia en las políticas de reembolso y otros términos del Hotel.
