Resort Cancellation policy:
 
If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to check-in date, the cancellation fee is 1-day penalty charge.  If you cancel your reservation at least 29 and 7 days from the check-in date, there will be a 2-day penalty charge.  If you cancel 6 to one day from the check-in date, it will be considered a no-show and there is no refund.
 
Air Travel Cancellation policy:
Airline tickets have a no-transfer policy; however, air travel credits are given based on the type of ticket purchased.
