If paying separately, please book separately by selecting one traveler and double occupancy.  Two beds will be requested.  

 

 

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport, and your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after you exit from Barbados. Your passport needs to be in good condition with at least two blank pages not including the last page.

 

The cost is per person. Each person in the room must register and pay the occupancy rate.

 

The package cost is subject to change. We recommend booking early to lock in the lowest cost.

All deposits and trip payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payments are received, they are applied toward securing accommodations, activities, transportation, and other trip arrangements.

 

For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after booking. Travel insurance may help provide coverage for unexpected situations such as trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Please review your travel insurance options carefully to ensure you select coverage that best fits your needs.

 

 

 

TravelJoy charges a standard processing fee for all transactions made through this booking platform. The total cost of your trip, including the applicable convenience fee, will be displayed before completing your purchase.

 

The convenience fee will be divided into smaller amounts and included with your scheduled monthly trip payments.

 

All deposits and optional add-ons must be processed through TravelJoy and are subject to the applicable processing fees.

 

After submitting your deposit, travelers who prefer to avoid the remaining convenience fees on their package balance payments only (excluding add-ons and optional activities) may contact us to request an alternative payment option. A credit card authorization form will be provided for approval.

 

This option is only available for travelers who:

 

Pay the remaining balance in full, or

Choose to make two equal payments to pay off the remaining balance.

 

Travelers who prefer smaller installment payments must continue using the standard TravelJoy invoice payment method, and applicable convenience fees will apply.
