 Passport Requirements & Travel Documents:
 

A valid passport is required for all travelers.  It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have the proper travel documentation before departure.

 

  • Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return travel date. Although Jamaica generally requires a valid passport for entry, many airlines and some destinations enforce the six-month validity rule. Traveling with at least six months of validity helps avoid boarding or entry issues.
  • Your passport should be in good condition, with no significant damage or missing pages.
  • Ensure the name on your airline reservation matches your passport exactly, including middle names or initials, if applicable.

U.S. Citizens

U.S. citizens traveling to Jamaica for tourism must present a valid U.S. passport when entering and returning to the United States.

Non-U.S. Citizens

Travelers who are not U.S. citizens may have different passport and visa requirements. Please contact the appropriate embassy or consulate to verify entry requirements based on your citizenship.

Passport Processing

If you need to apply for or renew your passport, we recommend doing so as early as possible. Processing times can vary, and expedited service may be available for an additional fee.

Breathe Again Adventures is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, or additional expenses resulting from invalid, expired, damaged, or incorrect travel documents. No refunds will be issued for failure to obtain the proper documentation required for travel.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

By submitting your deposit or any payment toward this vacation package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Cancellation & Refund Policy.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

This is a 100% NON-REFUNDABLE group vacation. No exceptions will be made.

If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason, including but not limited to:

 

  • Change of mind
  • Work or scheduling conflicts
  • Financial hardship
  • Family obligations
  • Medical illness or injury
  • Pregnancy
  • Weather-related concerns
  • Airline schedule changes
  • Missed flights
  • Passport or visa issues
  • Failure to obtain required travel documents
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Personal emergencies
  • Any other unforeseen circumstance

No refunds, credits, transfers, or future travel vouchers will be issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

  • Because this vacation package is non-refundable, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for certain covered events as outlined in your policy. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of your insurance coverage.

NAME CHANGES & TRANSFERS

  • Reservations are non-transferable unless permitted by the supplier. If a name change is allowed, all supplier change fees, airline fees, and administrative fees will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

LATE PAYMENTS

  • Failure to make scheduled payments by the due dates will result in $35 late fee. 

MISSED PAYMENTS

  • Failure to make scheduled payments by the due dates may result in cancellation of your reservation. Any monies previously paid remain non-refundable and subject to supplier penalties.

NO SHOWS

  • Travelers who fail to arrive for their scheduled vacation ("No Shows"), miss their flight, arrive late, or depart early will receive no refund, credit, or compensation for any unused portion of their vacation.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

  • It is the traveler's sole responsibility to obtain and maintain a valid passport and all required travel documentation. Failure to travel due to invalid, expired, forgotten, lost, or insufficient travel documents does not qualify for a refund.
