Travel Insurance

Missing a vacation is disappointing, but losing the money spent on it is even more frustrating. Travel insurance is essential for all trips. Why is it so important? By securing travel insurance, you protect yourself from risks like lost or stolen luggage, cancellation coverage in case you can’t travel due to unforeseen medical issues, and, most importantly, unexpected medical expenses while abroad. Passport Information

Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before March 15, 2027. Check-in to the villa is September 9, 2026; Check-out of the villa is September 15, 2026. Make note of these dates and plan your flight accordingly.

Roommate Matching

Still waiting on the group chat to make a decision? Yeah… no. Don’t let anyone else’s “I’ll let you know” delay your passport plans. With our roommate matching option, you can book your spot solo and we’ll help pair you with a like-minded travel bestie. When you register, simply complete a short compatibility questionnaire so we can match you based on your travel style and preferences. Once both roommates are at least 75% paid, we’ll set up a quick virtual meet-and-greet so you can connect before wheels up. Bottom line: you don’t need a full squad to take the trip. Secure your spot and let Bali meet you halfway.

Automatic Billing Plan

Every client has an option to enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance on the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. Full payment for this trip is due by July 31, 2026.

TRAVEL NOTES:

Travel insurance is NOT INCLUDED in your package; you must purchase it on your own. In the event of a cancellation, you must use the third-party travel insurance provider to receive any refunds (See terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider). A third-party recommendation is provided above.
Most travel insurance providers allow up to 14 days after the deposit payment to secure cancel for any reason travel insurance/protection.

Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 30 Days in advance to plan your free time while in Bali
Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend that all attendees should arrive in Bali on September 9, 2026, before 8PM.
To secure your round-trip airport transfers, Destins by Dorsey, LLC must receive flight information 45 days before your trip's departure.

Failure to submit your flight information to Destins by Dorsey, LLC by this date will result in you forfeiting your airport transfers.

TERMS & POLICIES

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
The Deposit payment is non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt.
All payments to Destins by Dorsey, LLC for Eat.Pray.Slay.Bali are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. This is because Destins by Dorsey, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels/resorts, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification/Passport
Monthly, on-time payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required (you can pay the requested amount that is split evenly on your invoice, more than that amount, or less than that amount, but a payment must be received each month).
Late payment of $50 per person is required after the final due date.
Management must approve all late payment requests (submitted in writing) before the final payment date on your account.
Any trip not paid off in full by the final payment date will be subject to cancellation or, at best, a $50.00 late fee. If a reservation is canceled, no refunds or transfers will be issued.

CANCELATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@destinsbydorseyllc.com ONLY. Verbal exchanges, text messages, and direct social media messages are NOT accepted. Destins by Dorsey, LLC strongly encourages all travelers to purchase Travel Insurance/Protection to protect their investments.
