What's not included:
- Airfare is NOT included and can be purchased thru Flite II Travel OR directly from an airline of your choosing. The airport code in Cancun is CUN. You are required to provide your flight details by completing the required form at least 1 month prior to the departure date. The transportation is ONLY for the dates that you book your trip with us. Failure to provide your flight details by the due date will result in forfeiting your ground transportation
- Travel insurance is Not included - You can protect your investment by purchasing travel insurance. The Black Xperience at Xcaret Arte is 100% NON refundable for ANY reason. You will be given a quote a check out, if you accept the quote, the full cost of the insurance will be processed to your card. You will receive a copy of your policy at the time of purchase. You will need to contact the insurance company directly for any questions pertaining to your policy You can also choose to purchase insurance from any company of your choice.
- Spa Services are Not included
- OPTIONAL excursions are Not included
- Items of a personal nature, souvenirs are not included
- The credit card convenience fee is not included. The credit card company will list the full amount of the fee on your invoice but will divide the payments equally into your monthly payments. If you choose to Pay in full at the time of booking, the credit card processing fee will be waived and refunded back to your card within 30 days. The full reservation including your roommate's portion must be paid in full at the time of booking to receive the refund. This fee is only waived if everyone on your reservation pay in full at the time of booking only.
