Payment Schedule:
- September 15th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
- September 20th, 2026 70% of total room block is due
- January 15th, 2027 Remaining balance is due.
Itinerary:
- Wedding Day- Friday, April 16th, 2027.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before September 20th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
- Between September 20th, 2026 and January 15th, 2027 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 70%.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 15th, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Zöetry Casa del Mar will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Zöetry Casa del Mar and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Zöetry Casa del Mar.
