If you would like to add the cheers package, bubbles package, wifi, excursions, etc., you will need to do that on the Carnival hub app. You will be able to do that once your cabin has been berthed (receive an individual booking#).

Cancellation & Cruise Policies:

  •  Sweet Life Excursions charges a $65 per person cancellation fee for all reservations, for any reason. There is a $50 fee for name changes | upgrades | and adjustments to the current booking which must be paid BEFORE changes are submitted on your behalf.  
  • When traveling with a minor where one parent or both parents or legal guardians are not cruising, we strongly recommend bringing an original signed letter from the absent parent(s) or legal guardians authorizing the minor to travel with you. If there is no second parent with legal claims to the minor (due to sole custody, deceased, etc.) other relevant paperwork, such as a court decision, death certificate, birth certificate naming only one parent, would be useful to bring in place of a signed letter. This will expedite processing by the Department of Homeland Security.

  • Price is subject to change without a deposit. All deposits to Sweet Life Excursions are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
