What To Expect
Begin your all-inclusive day at Mr. Sancho’s Beach Club any time after 8 am to suit your schedule, and spend up to nine hours taking full advantage of the beach amenities at our own pace. Bask in the reserved beachfront area or relax on a shaded hammock, swim, or explore by ocean kayak for as long as you’d like.

You can register below and even add travel protection (cruise deposit, hotel fee, and travel agent service fee are due upfront). All rates and availability are subject to change until secured with a deposit. This proposal will be periodically updated. In order to get you registered, select your room category below and make sure to include EACH traveler’s legal name (as it appears on the passport or government ID), title (Mr, Mrs, or Ms), date of birth, phone #, and email address.

· New cabin requests will be priced at the current rate at the time of request.
· Triple, Quad, Quint occupancy may require the use of a rollaway or trundle bed.
Fares booked under the Early Saver promotion and subsequently changed to a new rate code will continue to follow the Early Saver terms, conditions, and restrictions.
Name changes or additions are allowed at Carnival Cruise Lines discretion. Name changes are subject to cancellation charges and any rate increases. There is a service fee for any correction involving names, and for any changes to departure cities on Fly-Aweigh guests, and/or for any changes made on pre or post cruise packages within 60 days of sailing. For such late changes, supplement charges may also apply.
The Group Organizer warrants that she and those traveling with her are physically and emotionally fit to travel at the time of embarkation. Any Guest with special medical, physical or other needs requiring medical attention or special accommodation during the voyage is requested to contact Carnival's Special Needs Desk at specialneeds@carnival.com or by calling 305-599-2600 ext 70025, to discuss the details of their special needs. Carnival recommends that any Guest who is not self-sufficient travel with a companion who shall take responsibility for any assistance needed during the voyage and in case of emergency.
Dinner in the Main Dining room is served in two sittings: Early (6:00 PM) or Late (8:15 PM). This group has elected the EARLY dining option. Dining assignment is confirmed when names and full deposits are provided. If your preference is not available, you may be waitlisted and an automatic email notification will be sent if clearance occurs. Due to limited number of large table availability, parties greater than 10 guests may need to be accommodated at different tables.
U.S. citizens taking a "closed-loop" cruises (sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port) are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver's license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship and if 16 and over a photo ID is also required. If a cruise begins and ends in different U.S. ports or begins and ends in a foreign port, a valid passport or other WHTI- compliant document is required. A valid passport is required if you are traveling on any of our Europe cruises. All other non US citizens must have a passport for air, land and sea travel. Cancellation Guidelines:
· The system will keep the higher calculated penalty amount when the guest is cancelled.
· Percentage penalty charged applies to cruise fare, non commission fare, air add-on, supplemental fare, cruise only transfers and pre and post cruise packages where applicable.
· No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance such as
Carnival's Cruise Vacation Protection Plan.
· Prior to receipt of final payment and if for any reason accommodations are not available, Carnival may substitute accommodations of the same or better quality on another of Carnival's
vessels.
· Vacation Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
· Any unsold space must be released prior to the full penalty date noted above or cancellation penalties will be assessed.
