You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. Balance must be paid in full before a claim can be submitted.
- Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
- The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
- Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
- GPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original GPP voucher, however your original voucher's expiration date will not change in the event you have to cancel your trip again.
