PAYMENT POLICY
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE per our Terms & Conditions.
All deposits must be paid in full. Partial deposits will not be accepted (unless a deposit special is advertised).
All deposits "specials" offered are a portion of the FULL deposit amount and are applied towards the total deposit rate. 
Full deposit amount (not the deposit special amount) will be forfeited upon cancellation of reservation.
No deposits will be accepted without a signed Terms & Conditions, signed Travel Insurance Acknowledgment form, Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment form, COVID Acknowledgment Form, or any other required document.
These documents will be sent via email and are required to be submitted within 2 days.
Reservations without payment for 2 consecutive months are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment.

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION
All guest will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.
All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to your total  amount of the trip, tour, or event.
This will be a read as a convenance fee on your invoice. This fee is nonrefundable.
Reminder notices will be sent via email within 7 days prior to payment due date.
Failure to pay the invoice by the due date will result in a late fee of $75 per occurrence.
 
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION
Monthly Payments amount will vary depending on the deposit special offered and time of booking
Participants will have the option to select automatic payments or standard payments.
Automatic payments payments will be the following of each month and the same date which you made your initial deposit.
Standard payments (not automatic) will have the same date each month based on the deposit of the initial deposit.
*****Final payment must be paid by the date on the invoice.......NO EXCEPTIONS****
 
 

 

Cancellation policy:

 
Deep Tranquility Travel, LLC will enforce and uphold the cancellation policy/contract of the supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with who we(Deep Tranquility Travel, LLC) have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour. Deep Tranquility Travel, LLC do not have the authority to override the cancellation policy of any supplier, vendor, tour operator hotel/resort and any other entity with whom we have contracted for the event trip, and or tour.
 
Deposit and payments are non-refundable. Changes to your itinerary is 150.00 pp. Must have roommate at the time of booking. Deep Tranquility Travel do not assign roommate for any reason. If anyone in the party cancels, the remaining person is responsible for the finding another roommate or booking at a single rate.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

Participants are responsible for making sure you meet the requirement to enter into the destination for this tour. 
Refunds will not be issued due to failure to comply or meet the entry requirements set by the destination.
This includes denial of entry  due to COVID protocols.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.
Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.

Travel Insurance is 209.00 per person if you would like to utilize the vendor we are currently working on.

The purchase of Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case “what if ” happens.  It is better to have insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it!  Key words PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT!  Most companies offer “cancel for any reason” coverage at a very low cost however it must be purchased within 1-21 days of making your deposit.

You can also Google “travel insurance companies”, “travel insurance” or “travel protection” for additional options.  Make sure you purchase a “Comprehensive Plan” if you would like to add your flight to your insurance later. If you have a pre-existing condition, many plans require purchase within 14-21 days of making the deposit. READ YOUR PLAN IN ITS ENTIRETY or CALL YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER

PAYMENTS
  1. You have the option to have your payments automatically drafted. You will also be sent automated reminders.
  2.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to travel@dtranquility.com   We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
 
Final payment is due no later than June 11, 2023 for all packages  - Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the organizers of the group.  Packages are not sold a la cart.  Also, if you book your own vacation package you will still NOT be allowed into any of the private events set up for this group.
