All deposits must be paid in full. Partial deposits will not be accepted (unless a deposit special is advertised).

No deposits will be accepted without a signed Terms & Conditions, signed Travel Insurance Acknowledgment form, Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment form, COVID Acknowledgment Form, or any other required document.
These documents will be sent via email and are required to be submitted within 2 days.
Reservations without payment for 2 consecutive months are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment.

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION
All guest will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.
All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to your total amount of the trip, tour, or event.
This will be a read as a convenance fee on your invoice. This fee is nonrefundable.
Reminder notices will be sent via email within 7 days prior to payment due date.
Failure to pay the invoice by the due date will result in a late fee of $75 per occurrence.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION
Monthly Payments amount will vary depending on the deposit special offered and time of booking
Participants will have the option to select automatic payments or standard payments.
Automatic payments payments will be the following of each month and the same date which you made your initial deposit.
Standard payments (not automatic) will have the same date each month based on the deposit of the initial deposit.
*****Final payment must be paid by the date on the invoice.......NO EXCEPTIONS****
