- Friday January 9th, 2026 Wedding Day
Due Dates:
- August 1st, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Dreams Jade.
- August 14th, 2025 is the due date for 40% of your room balance.
- October 13th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Reminders:
To be considered a part of Jennie and JT’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Jennie and JT with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.
- To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Dreams Jade as part of the wedding group.
- If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
- Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
- Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
- When 1 adult and 1 child are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
- If booking more than two children to one room please contact us for correct pricing.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before August 14th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

Between August 14th, 2025 and September 14th, 2025, you may reduce up to 30% of the booked room nights without penalty. A 20% penalty will apply to the cancelled room nights.

Between September 14th, 2025 and October 14th, 2025, you may reduce up to 5% of the booked room nights without penalty. A 100% penalty will apply to the cancelled room nights.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after October 28th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Dreams Jade will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Dreams Jade and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
