• Coverage Limitations: While travel insurance can provide valuable protection, it's important to note that standard policies often exclude coverage for:

  • High-Risk Activities: Engaging in activities such as bungee jumping, scuba diving beyond certain depths, or other extreme sports may not be covered unless you purchase additional coverage.

  • Intoxication-Related Incidents: Accidents or injuries that occur while under the influence of alcohol or drugs are typically not covered.

  • Pre-Existing Medical Conditions: Medical issues that existed before purchasing the insurance may be excluded unless a waiver is obtained.

  • Unattended Belongings: Loss or theft of items left unattended may not be reimbursed.

• Not Included: Any additional tours, excursions, or activities not specified in the trip inclusions are not covered and would incur extra costs.

🏨 Hotel Taxes & Resort Fees

• Responsibility: Local hotel taxes and any applicable resort fees are not included in the package price and must be paid directly to the resort upon check-in or check-out. ($188.74)

💵 Gratuities

• Not Included: Tips for hotel staff, drivers, tour guides, and other service providers are not included and are at your discretion.

• Anything Not Listed Under Inclusions: Any services, amenities, or items not explicitly mentioned in the trip inclusions are not part of the package and would require separate arrangements or payments. 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a reservation with Dior Escapes Luxury Travel, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies. Your booking signifies that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Booking, Payments & Pricing

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. While deposits are non-refundable, transferring your reservation to another guest may be possible for a $75.00 transfer fee, subject to approval.

• Final Payment: Full payment must be received by the specified deadline. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

• Payment Plans: Monthly payment plans are available. Reservations will be canceled if accounts are over 60 days past due without prior communication.

• Reinstatement: Canceled reservations may be reinstated within 14 days for a fee of $50 for domestic trips and $200 for international tours.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in airfare, availability, and other factors. In the event of a pricing error, Dior Escapes Luxury Travel reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct amount. If you choose not to pay the difference, a full refund will be issued upon receiving written cancellation within five (5) days of the price adjustment notification.

3. Identification & Travel Documentation

• Legal Names: Reservations must be made using your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued travel documents (passport, REAL ID, etc.). Name changes after documents have been issued may incur additional fees.

• Passports & Visas: Travelers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa, and entry requirements for their destination. Passports should be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date. Some countries may require a full blank “VISA” page for entry.

• Non-U.S. Citizens: The provided visa and passport information applies only to U.S. citizens. Non-U.S. citizens should consult the appropriate consulate(s) for travel requirements. Dior Escapes Luxury Travel does not provide or validate travel requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

• Cruise Passengers: It is strongly recommended that cruise passengers carry a valid passport, even if not required.

4. Travel Insurance

• Recommendation: Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment against cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.

• Providers: You may purchase coverage through providers such as Allianz, Travel Insured, or by searching "Travel Insurance" online to find a provider that suits your needs.

• Responsibility: Dior Escapes Luxury Travel is not responsible for expenses incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.

5. Accommodations

• Room Assignments: All hotel accommodations are King rooms with private facilities unless alternate bedding is requested. While we will request preferred bed types, they are subject to hotel availability.

• Roommate Policy: If selecting Double Occupancy rates, you must identify your roommate before booking. Roommate matching is not available for this trip.

• Hotel Changes: Hotels may be substituted with another of equal standard without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for differences in hotel pricing.

• Hotel Policies: Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is before noon. For late-night flights, additional accommodation arrangements should be considered.

6. Itinerary & Activities

• Changes: The itinerary is subject to change without notice due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Substitutions: Tours may be substituted with similar alternatives as necessary.

• Waivers: Participation in certain activities may require a waiver or additional agreements with third-party providers.

7. Group Harmony & Conduct

• Behavior: Dior Escapes Luxury Travel reserves the right to accept, reject, or expel any individual who is disruptive or incompatible with the group's interests. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Excessive intoxication

  • Drug use leading to a negative experience for others

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

• Responsibility: If a guest is expelled from the group, all expenses, including cancellation fees and alternate travel plans, are the traveler's sole responsibility. No refunds will be issued for unused services.

8. Photographic Release

Dior Escapes Luxury Travel reserves the right to photograph and record its trips and participants. By joining this trip, participants grant permission to use these images for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.

9. Additional Expenses & Exclusions

Unless explicitly stated, the following are not included in the trip price:

• Personal expenses (laundry, beverages, souvenirs, etc.)

• Meals and drinks outside of resort offerings

• Passport and visa fees

• Travel insurance
  If additional costs arise due to changes in airfare, hotel rates, or taxes, travelers will be notified and required to pay the difference.

Agreement to Terms

By booking this trip, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without a refund.
