Our wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the stunning Sandals Royal Barbados. Join us for an intimate, island-inspired ceremony that celebrates our love, surrounded by tropical beauty.
After the ceremony, enjoy a delightful cocktail hour, followed by a reception filled with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and music to keep us dancing well into the night. This will be an evening of joy and celebration, honoring the start of our journey together with our loved ones.
Please note that Sandals Royal Barbados is an adults-only resort and only has king bedding. We appreciate your understanding and hope that this makes for a more relaxing, carefree atmosphere where everyone can fully enjoy the celebrations!
Travel Arrangements
For your convenience, all travel arrangements, including booking accommodations within our room block, will be handled by our travel agent. Our agent will also be available to assist with flights when they become available after February 1, 2025. This will ensure a smooth and stress-free experience as you prepare for the celebration.

Booking outside the official wedding block will result in additional fees and consequences:
✅ Wedding Pass Required – If you book outside the block, you must purchase a wedding pass to attend the ceremony and reception.
⛔ Limited Access – The wedding pass only grants entry to the ceremony and reception. You will NOT be included in any other wedding activities planned for the weekend.
To ensure a seamless experience and avoid extra costs, please book within the designated wedding block.
Accommodations
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have reserved a room block at Sandals Royal Barbados for your convenience, with three levels of luxury accommodations to choose from:
- Luxury Level Rooms: Comfortable and elegantly appointed, ideal for relaxation.
- Club Level Rooms: Includes added amenities and exclusive access to Club Sandals concierge services.
- Butler Elite Suites: The ultimate in luxury, featuring personalized butler service and enhanced suite amenities.
Each option provides access to Sandals’ top-tier all-inclusive amenities, including gourmet dining, premium drinks, pools, and beach access. Each level also includes access to both Sandals Royal Barbados as well as Sandals Barbados for the entirety of your stay.
We encourage you to book early to secure your choice of room!
Travel Information
The nearest airport to Sandals Royal Barbados is Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI). Complimentary airport transfers are provided for Sandals guests, making your arrival smooth and convenient.
Important Dates & Activities
- Arrival Date: We ask that all guests arrive on either October 16 or October 17, 2025. A minimum 3-night stay is required, so plan to stay until at least October 19 or October 20(depending on arrival date) to fully enjoy the festivities.
- Welcome Cocktail Party: Kick off the celebrations on the evening of October 17, 2025 with a welcome cocktail party! Join us for drinks, light bites, and a chance to mingle with friends and family. The exact time and location will be provided closer to the date, so stay tuned! This will be a relaxed, fun evening where everyone can settle in, catch up, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings before the big day.
- Wedding Ceremony: The main event will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Expect a romantic, island-inspired ceremony followed by a fabulous celebration of love with food, drinks, and dancing as we toast to our future together.
