I authorize Eventz By Us to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to Eventz By Us are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

All deposit payments to Eventz By Us are non refundable or transferable unless noted by the cruise line.  This is because Eventz By Us has contractual agreements with cruise lines, airlines and vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds if not stated.  This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Cruise prices are subject to change. Please make your reservation today at this low price to be locked in.

Monthly payments are required to keep reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required.

Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan.  We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable,  is also making timely monthly payments.  Name changes are a $50 fee
