Day 1 – December 10 | Welcome to Paradise
- Departure from GSP

Cancellation policy
Once payment is applied to a booking, cancellation/change penalties will apply. Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Cancellation requests MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING prior to your departure date, and you must receive a written reply from Tracie at Soul Good Travel LLC confirming cancellation has been made. There are different types of insurance policies that offer a travel credit or voucher, valid for one year, for any destination the supplier covers, if eligible. Other travel insurance packages will issue a cash refund. Both travel insurance packages are offered by third-party vendors, and they are solely responsible for approving or denying claims.
Changes to the current booking are subject to the tour operator's or airline's terms and conditions and may incur penalties or change fees.

Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as it protects travelers against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for covered reasons before departure. It also covers trip interruption, luggage loss/delay, medical expenses for covered injuries or illnesses, and other circumstances that may arise after departure.
We have partnered with Faye Insurance to help travelers purchase their own travel insurance policy. Travelers who choose not to purchase travel insurance coverage will be liable for all trip costs in the case of cancellation, trip delays, trip interruptions, delayed or lost baggage, and medical emergencies, however caused.
