Terms & Conditions

I authorize Playtime Travel Co. to charge the credit card indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the Planning Fees described on the invoice that I have reviewed and approved.

I understand that the Planning Fees made to Playtime Travel Co. are non-refundable unless explicitly otherwise stated. This charge is for Planning Fees for my requested trip with Playtime Travel Co..  I fully understand that if this payment is not received within 48 business hours of receipt, Playtime Travel Co. will consider this request null and void.   

Please read below:

1. Planning fees will not be used towards the trip.
2. If the trip is cancelled at any time, for any reason, Planning Fees are considered non-refundable and will be used to compensate Playtime Travel Co. for time spent creating the trip.  
3. Planning fees are as follows:  $25 per cabin Takeover, $25 per cabin and $25 for groups of 8 cabins or more.     
4. All names, ages, emails and phone numbers of travelers MUST be provided at the time of the request to properly price the trip.
5. You will have 5 days (single cabin) or 10 days (group) to confirm the booking with a down payment after you have paid the planning fee and received the quote.  If the booking is not confirmed within this period, the planning process terminates.  Your planning fee will not be lost, it becomes a credit that can be used towards the planning fee for any sailing within the next year.

I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.  I understand that in order to begin this process, full payment must be received timely.
