Due Dates: 

  • March 7th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Dreams Playa Mujeres.
  • March 10th, 2025 is the due date for 20% of your room balance.
  • April 10th, 2025 is the is the next due date for 20% of your room balance.
  • May 10th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
 
 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Morgan and Zack’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Morgan and Zack and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

 
  • May 23rd, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  • Dreams Playa Mujeres, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request queen beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
  • Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
  • Child pricing is based on age at time of check-in.
  • Quadruple adult rooms not allowed. Triple rooms allowed only at Tropical View and Partial Ocean View category subject availability of bedding.
  • Dreams/Secrets Playa Mujeres: Maximum occupancy in room:
                2 adults + 2 children under 13 years old, 3 adults + 1 child under 13 years old or 1 adult + 3 children under 13 years old.
                Preferred Swim Out rooms and Preferred Private Pool Rooms have an age restriction; minimum age allowed on these rooms are from 13 years and older. No exceptions apply due the resort policies.
 

Cancellation policy:

 
  • If you cancel your reservation before March 10th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.
  • Between March 10th, 2025 and April 10th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%.
  • Between April 10th, 2025 and May 10th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after May 10th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Dreams Playa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Dreams Playa Mujeres and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Dreams Playa Mujeres.
