  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Hunter and Spencer’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte as part of this wedding group.

 

  1. Xcaret Arte is an adults-only Resort, the minimum age to register is 16 years old.
  2. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in; children must stay in room with at least one adult.
  3. Maximum room capacity: Up to 3 guests.
  4. Connecting rooms are of limited availability and can only be requested, not guaranteed.
  5. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
  6. Hotel Xcaret, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to receive your requested bed type.
  7. January 31st, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  8. Ocean View rooms may have a partial ocean view from the patio/terrace.
  9. If booking more than one child, your invoice will be manually updated to reflect the correct rates.
 

Cancellation policy:

  •  
  • If you cancel your reservation before December 1st, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • If you cancel your reservation, no show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after December 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
 

Hotel Xcaret Arte will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hotel Xcaret Arte and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hotel Xcaret Arte.
