Payment Plan Option:
- Deposit: $99 per person , Deposit is due by Nov 15th and at the time of booking (All deposits are Non-refundable and nontransferable)
- Balance is split into 8 equal payments of $200 per person beginning December 15, 2025 and final payments are due July 26, 2026
Registration & Payment Authorization:
- Registration will include both occupants in room & Deposit must be paid together. Once deposit is paid- a invoice will be available & sent via email for monthly payments to be paid as you do choose.
- A credit card authorization form is included with registration. Please ensure the name on the card must match the traveler’s.
- Reservations are on First Come, First Serve Basis! Deposits are accepted prior to due dates.
- Prices are based on per person
- All rates are based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY
- Airfare is NOT included in this package.
- Airport to fly in would be Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA)
- Hotel rooms usually contains 1 King or 2 double beds.
- Hotel check in is 4pm and checkout is 11am.
- Roommate match is not available for this trip
Cancellation Policy & Important Information:
- Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Final Payment Due: July 25, 2026. Failure to submit the final payment by this date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
- Lux Travel, LLC is not responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Travel Documents and Requirements:
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Date of birth is required for booking.
- A valid U.S. passport is required. Passports must not expire within 6 months of travel.
- Check all spelling and details prior to receiving travel documents, which will be emailed 21 days prior to departure.
