Travel Planning and Concierge Agreement

In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your travels, a minimum $97.00 planning fee is required. The fee is non-refundable.

Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, tours, and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries, and more. We provide itineraries; vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save them time. Once Lady K Travels has constructed your itinerary, it is personalized for you.

If you choose not to book through us for any reason (decided not to go, booked elsewhere, was just shopping, etc.), then the fee will be retained by us as payment for services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days (includes one destination and two updates or changes). Otherwise, we will consider the request canceled. If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due unless other arrangements have been made.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Cancellation policy:

Service fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.  Fees are not covered by travel insurance.

Custom Trip Planning and Research Fee

This fee is for the time spent searching and pulling together data including custom itinerary, flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, including support before and during travel. 
 
Upon submission of this fee and form requesting your quote, please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your quote to the email address you confirmed on the form.  Additionally, if your quote requires additional information and/or revisions you will be contacted with questions via the same email submitted.  Please also remember that this fee covers one curated vacation packages (of any type) and 1-2 revisions.  If you make more than 2 revisions an additional fee may apply.

 

This fee is good for 30 days, meaning, you should try to secure your booking with me within 30 days of receiving the proposal/plan.  The more people involved the more the fee.

Custom Small Group Planning Services (less than 10 Rooms)
Available until December 28, 2035

$250.00
Deposit: $250.00 per person
