You or any member of your party may cancel your trip at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the lead passenger and is communicated in writing up to 120-days before the trip. As this incurs administration costs we will retain the deposit and in addition will apply cancellation charges as shown below:
The periods before departure within which written cancellation is received and the cancellation charges, shown as a percentage of the total holiday price, which will be applied are:
Up to 120 days prior to arrival date: $500 non-refundable deposit. Between 120 & 90 days prior to arrival date: 35%. Between 90 & 60 days prior to arrival date: 65%.
Between 60 & 30 days prior to arrival date: 75%. Less than 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% of booking total charged.
If you need to cancel, you may, with 30-day notice, transfer your booking to a third party who satisfies the conditions required taking that trip, but we will retain your deposit to cover the administration cost for the transfer.
Tours cancelled or rescheduled due to the Covid-19 outbreak will have their tours rescheduled: Same cancellation policies apply, subject to successful negotiations with all suppliers.
