Cancellation policy:
- Before February 1, 2023: full refund, minus a 4% processing fee
- Between February 1, 2023 and March 1, 2023: no refund of the $495 deposit; full refund of any additional payments made, minus a 4% processing fee
- After March 1, 2023: No refunds – no exceptions. However, purchasing travel insurance is required (we will provide you a quote--see the note below) so if you need to cancel your trip for a covered reason such as illness or injury of you or a family member, the travel insurance company may be able to reimburse you.
Travel Insurance:
We ask all of our guests to purchase travel insurance with "cancel for any reason" coverage included. Given the volatility of the state of travel these days, it was important to us to make sure everyone on the trip has excellent travel insurance coverage. We want to make sure everyone is well protected.
We will provide a quote for the Worldwide Trip Protector plan with Travel Insured International, with additional "cancel for any reason" coverage included (in addition to having all the other benefits of a travel insurance policy, this allows you to cancel any time until 48 hours before the trip for any reason and receive a 75% refund).

- If you would like to purchase this policy, you can do it directly through the quote from Travel Insured International, no need to go through us or notify us about it.
- If you would like to purchase a plan from a different company that also includes at least 75% "cancel for any reason" coverage, just shoot us an email to let us know that you are handling it yourself.
Timing is important: policies with "cancel for any reason" typically require purchase shortly after your first trip payment. If you opt to buy the Worldwide Trip Protector plan, it must be purchased within 14 days from the day you register. (We'll send you the quote for it the day that you register for the trip.)
