TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY:

DEPOSIT:  The required Deposit amount is Non-Refundable.  Your deposit acknowledges that you have read the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document and that you understand and accept said Terms and Conditions.

TRANSFERABLE TRIP:

If you are unable to travel and would like to transfer your trip to someone of your choice, it has to be done within 30 days prior to departure.  You must obtain approval from your roommate, if applicable, prior to making a request.

Further, any name change fees from any of our Travel Vendors will be your responsibility. Your replacement person must comply with the payment schedule as described in this document. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY:

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase a Travel Insurance Policy to protect your vacation investment. It is further recommended that you purchase the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option if available as an upgrade on your policy.  Several comprehensive travel insurance plans have this upgrade as a great option that allows travelers to cancel their trip for ANY REASON that is not otherwise covered in their base plan.

CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER: 

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to sylvia@letstravlerite.com with your invoice number, full name and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours (or 3 business days), please call 813-380-8514 to ensure your information has been received. As stated above, you acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC is non-refundable.

This trip is Non-Refundable. If you are unable to travel, you must submit a claim to the Travel Insurance Company.  We will provide supporting documents requested by Insurer.  It is highly recommended to purchase trip cancellation insurance. 

MONTHLY PAYMENTS:

Scheduled monthly payments Must be made on or before the 20th of each month. Final payment must be received NO Later than February 15, 2026

CONVENIENCE FEES

The convenience fee is comprised of credit card processing fees and Traveljoy's technology and administrative fees.  Traveljoy is a third-party processing company and the convenience fees are collected by their company. The convenience fees will be divided equally and will be included in the monthly payments.

ROOMMATE:

• Contact information will be shared upon approval from individuals who are looking for a roommate.

•Should your roommate be canceled for any reason, you will be notified, at which time you may choose to find another roommate or choose to pay the single room rate. 

TRAVEL INFORMATION:

• At check in at Hotels, a credit Card may be required to cover personal incidentals.

• A detailed itinerary will be provided 30-45 days before travel.

• A WhatsApp Group will be created.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Making reservations for this trip signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions as set forth within this contract.

• DEPOSIT is Non-Refundable.

• THIS TRIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE

• We highly you purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

• Monthly payments are required to retain your reservation. In the case that any payments are missed within the designated month to be paid, your trip maybe subject to cancellation without notice and all monies paid will be immediately forfeited. 

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan.  Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
