Your passport must be valid for at least 30 days beyond your departure from South Africa.
However, Luxurious FUNscapes LLC requires 6‑month validity for all international trips to avoid airline or immigration issues. (Your passport cannot expire on or before September 28, 2027.)
South Africa requires at least two (2) consecutive blank pages for entry and exit stamps.
No visa required for U.S. citizens staying 90 days or less for tourism.
If traveling with a minor, additional documentation may be required depending on custody, guardianship, or if only one parent is traveling.
All payments made toward this trip — including the initial deposit and all subsequent monthly payments — are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. This policy is in place because Luxurious FUNscapes LLC maintains non‑refundable contracts with our suppliers and vendors to secure your accommodations, tours, transportation, and exclusive experiences.
Your initial deposit is refundable for the first 24 hours after the date and time of registration.
After the 24‑hour window has passed, the deposit becomes 100% non‑refundable.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active.
Missed or skipped payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
Full payment must be completed on or before January 18, 2027.
Reservations not paid in full by this date may be canceled without refund.
There is a standard Luxurious FUNscapes LLC administrative fee of $150 per person applied to all hotel cancellations and related processing.
