- The pricing listed is per person based on double occupancy. Maximum number of guest per room is 2. If you just want to fly solo, no worries. - Passport must be valid 6 months after your scheduled return date
- Once you've made deposit, you can make multiple payments prior to your final payment date

Individual guest accounts are payable at check-out by cash or credit card. In order to be able to access the ancillary services of the Hotel, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the anticipated use of Hotel’s ancillary services. All accounts must be settled prior to departure.

Cancellation policy:
- Deposit of $100.00 per person will be due at time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Final payment is due no later than October 1st. Reservations are nonrefundable.
- All payments are non-refundable, travel insurance is highly recommended.
- Please note that once the rooms are booked they do remain non-refundable even in the event of an unforeseen wedding cancellation.
- Once you have booked your vacation you will receive a series of emails to help prepare you for your upcoming experience. At any point feel free to contact our office with any questions you may have. We are here to help and we love talking travel!
- Please note that your electronic documents will be available two weeks prior to departure
- Feel free to call us at anytime
- If you see a package but don't love the dates please give our office a call, we can flex the dates and get the ones that work best for you!
Other fine print:
- The hotel may at its sole discretion, assess a per room, per day energy surcharge. If assessed, the surcharge will be added to the participants hotel folio and is payable directly to the hotel at check out.
- If arriving prior to the 3:00 pm check in time an additional charge may apply for the use of hotel facilities (access upon availability). Additional fees will apply for requested check outs after 12:00 pm
- All guests checking in to the hotel will needed a valid ID and a credit card. Hotel may access money on account for incidental charges, etc.
- Hotel may charge a fee for required Covid testing. Guests receiving a positive test may be subject to fees for additional hotel stay required by quarantine. All covid rules and restriction subject to change and shall be reviewed prior to departure.
- Please note the shared round-trip transfers that are included with this price will be at a specific time TBD. If you opt to arrive at the destination airport at a time that differs from the group transfer time, you will be required to purchase an alternative transfer.
