We are thrilled to welcome you to this exciting pickleball getaway in beautiful Mexico! Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, this event is designed for all skill levels. You’ll be matched with players of  similar abilities,  ensuring competitive and enjoyable play throughout your stay.

This November's trip will be booked through Air Canada Vacations, with accommodations at either

JOIA (Adults Only) 5 star - clients have access to all hotels in the complex

 Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites  4.5 star - clients do NOT have access to JOIA

Booking and Inquiries:

  1. JOIA (Adults Only) – $6,739 (Single Occupancy)
    JOIA only allows a certain percentage of their rooms to be singles, so space is extremely limited. If you’re interested, let Christine know so we can send in a request to add you to the group.
  2.  Maya Suites – $5,109 (Single Occupancy)
    Maya only allows a certain percentage of their rooms to be singles, so space is extremely limited. If you’re interested, let Christine know so we can send in a request to add you to the group.

 

What’s Included:

  • Round-trip flights from Toronto to Cancun.  Flight Schedules may change.

  • Includes 1 checked bag.

    • 12Nov25 Toronto to Cancun 6:15am-10:35am

    • 19Nov25 Cancun to Toronto 11:35 am to 3:30 pm

    • Seat selection is provided by Air Canada at no extra cost, the seats are not by choice though. Everyone in the group will be sat together in and around the middle towards the back of the plane. If you would like  specific seats, there is an extra charge for this.

  • Airport transfers to and from the resort.

  • All-inclusive accommodations at one of two selected resorts in the Mayan Riviera, Mexico

  • Pickleball sessions, including instruction, free play, and a final round robin tournament.

 

What’s Not Included:

  • Excursions.

  • Tipping at the resort.

  • Specific Seat selection on flights is not included- there is a fee to select seats of choice.

  • Trip cancellation, interruption, and/or emergency medical insurance. Let us know if you’d like a quote.

  • We highly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation, Interruption and/or Emergency Medical Insurance. We can quote and book insurance for Ontario residents, and we have agents to quote residents of BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI. For all other provinces and states, please contact your local insurance provider or travel agent.
  • Tourist Tax: A tourist tax for foreign visitors is required in Cancun. While the primary payment link VISITAX may have issues, please try paying via TravelKore. Choose the departure date of Nov 19th, when we are LEAVING Cancun.
  • Environmental Tax: An environmental tax ranging from 31 to 77 MXN pesos per room, per night, is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.

  • A valid Canadian passport (we recommend that your passport is valid at least six months after your return date).
