Included in the rooms:
One bedroom and one bathroom studio or deluxe apartment style accommodations. 
 Each apartment includes a queen bed, bathroom, full kitchen living room and a futon. 
 
This apart-hotel is centrally located in Downtown Nashville and close to restaurants, bars, and all the happenings!  The lunch, BBQ meal, and Assembly Food Hall are all included in this package are all within a short distance of the hotel. We are providing each person with a $20 Uber card to use for transportation to the Party Wagon or wherever else you want to spend your time.

Itinerary:

  • Friday 8/14: Hotel check-in and explore downtown Nashville on your own. 
 
  • Saturday 8/15:  Lunch/Brunch and explore Nashville on your own.
 
  • Sunday 8/16: BBQ Lunch, Nashville Tractor Party Wagon
 
  • Monday 8/17: Hotel Check-Out
 
 
*Anyone under the age of 21 WILL NOT be able to participate in the Tractor Party Wagon as there is alcohol being served during this portion of the trip. This is a rule of the party wagon company and not Hop, Skip, & Away, LLC. We will not be able to make any exceptions for this. ** If you have an expired ID card, you will not be able to participate on the tractor ride.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
 
Deposits are $75 per person.  The cost of the trip will depend on the amount of people that are in your room. We have single and double occupancy rates. Everything except the parking rates is all inclusive in the price.  Once you choose your package and pay your deposit, your payments will be split into equal payments with the final payment due August 4, 2026.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel, there is a $100 cancellation fee until June 14, 2026. The trip becomes non-refundable on June 15, 2026, and any money paid at that point will not be refunded. Please consider purchasing travel insurance. 
 
Rate Changes with Cancellations 
If you are rooming with others, and anyone cancel their portion of the trip, the price will increase for the remainder of the people in the room. Example: If you book a triple occupancy rate and one person cancels, you rate will increase to the double occupancy rate. 
 
 
HOW TO BOOK
 
On the booking page, chose the room type and number of travelers. The page will display the total amount for everyone in the room. the deposit for each person is due at booking. 
 
There is a 3.5% convenience fee when paying that will be added to each card payment made.

The Itinerary

DEPARTURE: 1:30PM (10:00AM ON SUNDAYS)

Downtown Nashville near the Omni hotel.  The address is 250 Rep. John Lewis Way South.  Meet right in front of Bob’s Steak & Chophouse. No waiting in the rain, cold, heat, etc. We promise.

ARRIVAL AT NEAREST GREEN DISTILLERY: 2:30PM (11:00AM ON SUNDAYS)

We’ll pull up to the Nearest Green Distillery around 2:30PM. Nearest Green produces the award-winning Uncle Nearest Whiskey, one of the fastest growing whiskey brands in the country. On the 90-minute Uncle Nearest distillery tour, you will learn all about Nathan “Nearest” Green, the man who taught Jack Daniel the art of whiskey making. You will also get to try some Uncle Nearest whiskey for yourself, including distillery exclusive whiskey!

We will have the Uncle Nearest distillery tour booked for you prior to arrival, which is included in your ticket price.

Leisure Time

During your visit, you will have time to explore the grounds and visitor center at the Nearest Green Distillery. You can also purchase bottles of Uncle Nearest whiskey in the visitor center; be sure to ask about their distillery-exclusive releases!

HOME AGAIN: 6:30pm-ish (3:00PM ON SUNDAYS)

We will hit the road back to Nashville at 5:30pm and get you back to Music City in time for dinner and a night on the town!
