A deposit is due at the time of reservation.  ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! All reservations will require a deposit and will clearly note the amount due and monthly payment plan. Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month. The payment is considered late at noon (PST) on the 16th of the month. A late fee of $200.00 will automatically be added to your invoice at 12:01PM (PST).  

Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at time of booking as long as the tour still has available space. 

Late Final Payment: If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee of $200.00 will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date.
