🛑 Reservations are not confirmed until:
• Your registration form has been completed
• Your required deposit/payment has been received
• You receive a confirmation email from Busy Bee Travel Group

🛑 Due to the nature of live entertainment and suite inventory, ALL payments made toward the Suite Life Experience are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. 

However, Busy Bee Travel Group will allow a ONE-TIME reservation transfer if you are no longer able to attend.  Please see the Transfer Policy section below for full details and restrictions.

This is more than just a concert ticket — this is a curated luxury group experience.

Guests will enjoy the energy of the concert from a premium suite environment designed for comfort, elevated vibes, and shared memories with fellow music lovers.

Suite amenities and layouts may vary slightly based on final venue assignment.

🛑 Travel Protection

Travel protection is strongly recommended.

Please note:
Most standard travel protection plans do NOT cover cancellations due to personal schedule conflicts, change of mind, or artist/event cancellations unless specifically stated within the policy coverage.

Busy Bee Travel Group is NOT a travel insurance provider. Please review policy details carefully prior to purchase.

🛑 Cancellation Policy

ALL monies paid toward the Suite Life Experience are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE

This includes:
• Deposits
• Installment payments
• Transportation costs
• Event tickets
• Suite-related expenses

No exceptions will be made for:
• Schedule conflicts
• Personal emergencies
• Missed transportation departures
• Artist lineup changes
• Weather delays
• Illness
• Change of mind

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection coverage.

🛑 Transfer Policy

Suite Life Experience packages may be transferred to another guest with prior written approval from Busy Bee Travel Group.

Approved transfers will incur a $50 administrative transfer fee per reservation.

All transfer requests must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.

After this date, transfers will no longer be permitted.

The original guest is responsible for finding their own replacement traveler.

Busy Bee Travel Group is not responsible for coordinating or securing replacement guests.

Please note:
• Transfers are subject to venue ticketing policies and transportation manifest deadlines
• Add-ons and seating selections are subject to availability at the time of transfer
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Busy Bee Travel Group reserves the right to deny transfer requests that cannot be operationally accommodated.

🛑 Change Fees

Any approved reservation changes requested after booking confirmation will incur:
• $50 Busy Bee Travel Group administrative fee
PLUS
• Any applicable vendor/supplier fees

Name changes may not be permitted depending on venue ticketing restrictions.

🛑 Important Notes

• Concert tickets are secured in advance and paid in full to suppliers.
• Seating assignments within the suite are at the discretion of Busy Bee Travel Group and/or the venue.
• Transportation departure times are STRICT. The group transportation will depart as scheduled.
• Busy Bee Travel Group is not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival.
• Busy Bee Travel Group reserves the right to make adjustments to transportation type, pickup location, suite assignment, or package inclusions of equal value if operationally necessary.
