Before moving forward, please review the following terms to ensure clarity and protect your travel investment.

1. Agency Role
Katie Kinley Travels acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, cruise lines, airlines, and tour operators. I do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and am not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes, or cancellations.

2. Accuracy of Client Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, and passport details exactly as they appear on government-issued identification. All confirmations must be reviewed within 24 hours of receipt. Errors must be reported immediately. Incorrect information may result in additional fees or penalties, which are the client’s responsibility.

3. Payments
All payments must be submitted through the secure TravelJoy payment link provided. Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed by the supplier. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation without notice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation policies and refund eligibility are determined by the travel supplier, not Katie Kinley Travels. Any applicable refunds will be issued by the supplier according to their specific terms. The agency is not responsible for losses or expenses resulting from supplier changes, cancellations, or penalties.

5. Travel Protection (Insurance)
Travel protection is strongly recommended to protect against trip cancellations, interruptions, medical expenses, and travel delays.
If travel protection is declined, the client assumes full financial responsibility for any losses incurred.

6. Documentation Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring all travelers have proper documentation, including valid passports (often required to be valid at least six months beyond travel dates), visas, and any other required documents. Katie Kinley Travels is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

7. Supplier Changes
Travel suppliers may change itineraries, room categories, ship assignments, schedules, amenities, or ports of call. These changes are outside the agency’s control. Refunds or compensation are not guaranteed and are subject solely to the supplier’s policies.

8. Limitation of Liability
By proceeding with travel arrangements, clients agree to release Katie Kinley Travels from liability for, but not limited to:
• Illness, injury, death, or property damage
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Weather events or Acts of God
• Political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or supplier defaults

Clients assume responsibility for their own safety and conduct during travel.

9. Agreement
By approving a proposal, submitting payment, or authorizing bookings, clients acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
