Please note, effective February 1, 2024, the resort fee and Environmental Tax applicable at Adults Only, Royalton CHIC Cancun will be 76 Mexican Pesos per guest, per night or approx. $3.92 USD. This will be collected by the resort directly.

-HOTEL CHECK-IN: 3PM & CHECK-OUT: 12PM
-Must list roommate @ time of booking (any changes made after the booking has been made may require a $25 change fee)
-Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME (as it appears on PASSPORT for international travel or government issued ID for domestic travel)
-Credit card authorization form required to make payments on your behalf (name must match traveler)
-Check spelling prior to receiving travel documents 21 days prior to departure (Keola Lee-Cook is not responsible for errors or omissions)
-Prices & availability are subject to change without notice until secured with a deposit
-Cash is not accepted
-May select bed preference (king or 2 queens) but not guaranteed (based on availability upon checkin)
CHECK-IN POLICY:
-HOTEL REQUIRES A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION OR CASH DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-IN FOR INCIDENTALS; THIS WILL PLACE A HOLD ON YOUR FUNDS.
-MINIMUM CHECK-IN AGE: 18
GENERAL INFORMATION:
-ROOM TAXES AND SERVICE FEES ARE INCLUDED IN VACATION PRICE. Hotel May charge a per night resort fee (see “hotel update” in the “what’s not included” section above).
-MINIMUM NIGHT STAY RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY FOR GROUP INCENTIVES.
-RESERVATION CHANGES MAY NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY THE HOTEL.
Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date of June 14, 2025. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Travel with Ke, Travel Agency (Keola Lee-Cook) will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted in consideration for refund (if qualifiers are met) will be based on vendor’s policy (& a $100 travel agent booking & admin fee per reservation will be retained). You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel protection.
Travel Protection: travel protection is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 7 days of the initial purchase (if you choose the option to be reimbursed back to your original form of payment).
