  • Submitting information via this reservation form DOES NOT automatically confirm your reservation. Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
  • Your room booking will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.
  • Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Due Dates:

Payment Schedule
  •  
  • May 15th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Hotel Xcaret Mexico.
  • June 1st, 2025 Two nights from your booking must be paid.
  • July 1st, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
 

Reminders:

  • To be considered a part of Marisha and Michael's Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must only stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico as part of the wedding group. 

  • There is a 3 night minimum stay.
  • The wedding is on October 4th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before June 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between June 1st, 2025 and July 1st, 2025 by 15% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 15% a 2 night penalty per room will apply. (Based on category cancelled)
  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between July 1st, 2025 and July 14th, 2025 by 10% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 10% a 2 night penalty per room will apply. (Based on category cancelled)
  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after July 14th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
 

Hotel Xcaret Mexico will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hotel Xcaret Mexico and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hotel Xcaret Mexico.
