Cancellation policy:
We understand the unexpected can happen and choosing to cancel your vacation is never an easy decision. For that reason, we are providing you with a chart of estimated cancellation penalties for our partner hotels. Royalton cancellation policy requires 48hrs or less is 1 night penalty, that means that outside of 48hrs there is no penalty. However, change fees and cancellation penalties may occur. Cancellation and change fees are subject to change without prior notice. Non-refundable hotel rates do not apply.
This is a group booking based 10 rooms for the Wynn Family Reunion. The cancellation and change fees are governed by the contract as agreed upon: 50.00pp cancellation fee. Cancellation between 5/23/2023-6/9/2023 50.00pp and 1 night room penalty. Cancellation after 6/10/2023 all monies non-refundable and you are responsible for any outstanding balance per the Payment Schedule outlined in this Group Contract.
