• Travel documents and itineraries will be emailed 14-days prior to departure. 

• You MUST purchase your own flights to Turks and Caicos (PLS)
• You MUST provide us with your flight information to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure in PLS
• A valid U.S. Passport is required.  Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

Cancellation must be received in writing. The following cancellation terms apply. No refunds are made for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused services during this trip. Travel delays, trip cancellations, trip interruptions, loss of property, and medical services will not be reimbursed and must be submitted to passenger's travel insurance for claims. Picture Perfect Escapes LLC is not held liable for any aforementioned incidents.

A $1,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due to secure your booking. Space is subject to availability and still has to be booked. 

 If cancellation notice is received after final payment, the following terms apply:

• "No Show" situations where the traveler does not check in and denied boarding situations are not covered
• Non-refundable hotel rates
• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate
• Nonrefundable travel agent fees.
• No name changes or substitutions on travel protection plans
• Cost to change to an alternate scheduled airline as a result of an airline schedule change prior to departure
• The cost of the travel protection plan
