Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to World Wide Feters! We're thrilled to help you with your travel plans. The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. In this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to World Wide Feters. The term "you" refers to everyone in this booking, with the primary traveler signing on behalf of all parties.

To finalize your trip arrangements, we require you to sign below or click “I Agree.” Your signature and/or click signifies your agreement with these terms and conditions for yourself and all members of your traveling party.

1. Our Role as a Travel Agent

You understand that World Wide Feters acts solely as a travel agent or concierge for the actual suppliers of the services you've requested (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not the direct provider of these services. You consent to and authorize our use of these partners to provide the lodging, events, and activities for this group booking.

You agree not to hold World Wide Feters responsible if any of these suppliers:

  1. Fail to provide the travel services you've purchased.

  2. Fail to comply with applicable law.

  3. Engage in any negligent act that causes you injury, damage, or inconvenience.

We are also not responsible for losses or additional expenses due to things like sickness, weather, strikes, war, or other causes beyond our control. You agree that neither World Wide Feters nor its representatives will be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the acts or omissions of suppliers or from events beyond our control, such as acts of God, terrorism, or civil unrest.

You affirm that you are voluntarily participating in these travel services. You agree to hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) that may arise from our negligence or breach of this contract.

2. Review Your Travel Documents Immediately

Once your tickets and confirmations have been issued, it's your responsibility to review them immediately and inform us of any errors. Suppliers may have additional penalties for modifications or refunds. We do not have control over the printed prices on the tickets, which may be different from the fare you paid.

3. Assumption of Travel Risks

We are not responsible for unsafe conditions, health hazards (including pandemics), or weather hazards. We don't have special knowledge of dangers at your destination. We recommend you visit the U.S. Department of State travel website at www.travel.state.gov and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website at www.cdc.gov/travel for information on these topics.

You are making a personal decision to travel with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and risks. YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL OF THESE RISKS AND DANGERS, and you agree to release us and our staff from any and all liability, claims, and demands related to these risks.

4. Travel Insurance

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please be aware that most policies do not cover epidemics or pandemics unless you buy a "cancel for any reason" policy. We are not authorized to answer technical questions about insurance benefits or evaluate the adequacy of your existing coverage. You agree to hold us harmless for your decision not to purchase insurance or for any denial of a claim by the travel insurer.

5. Your Responsibility for Travel Documents

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN AND CARRY ALL REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING A VALID PASSPORT, VISA(S), AND OTHER IDENTIFICATION.

The name, date of birth, and gender on your identification must EXACTLY MATCH the data on your airline tickets and booking records. Beginning on May 7, 2025, you must present a driver's license or another form of identification that complies with the Federal Real ID Act (see https://www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information).

If you are traveling internationally, your passport must be valid for at least six months from your date of entry. Children and infants also require all such documents. Minors traveling with only one parent or without both parents may be denied entry without authenticated consent forms. You acknowledge that failing to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or a delay, causing you to miss flights or scheduled bookings.

6. Our Professional Planning Fees

In addition to supplier costs, World Wide Feters charges a professional and/or concierge fee which is 100% NONREFUNDABLE for services rendered.

7. Credit Card Payments

We recommend using a credit card for your purchase. If we are the credit card merchant, our role is to facilitate the sale and remit the funds to the supplier. If the supplier does not provide the services, your only recourse is against them, and you agree not to initiate a chargeback against World Wide Feters.

You agree to contact us first and give us an opportunity to address any dissatisfaction before filing a chargeback. We will work to resolve any issue within five business days of your initial notification. By signing this agreement, you agree that chargebacks are not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks. If we win a chargeback you initiated, you agree to reimburse us for our legal fees, time, and costs.

8. Payment Schedule

You can pay in full or secure your booking with a nonrefundable deposit of $200 per person for the Carnival 2026 Takeover. A late fee of $25 per occurrence will be added to any invoice where the monthly payment totals have not been received by the due date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Occupancy Deposit (Due at booking) Monthly Payment #1 (Due: 1/31/25) Monthly Payment #2 (Due: 2/28/25) Final Payment (Due: 3/31/25)

Note: The "Pay deposit" option on TravelJoy will automatically create a random payment schedule that will be adjusted on the backend to match the prices and dates above.

9. Early Departure Fee

You acknowledge that the hotel may charge attendees an early departure fee of $330 per night if an attendee checks out before their scheduled departure date without notifying the hotel at check-in. You agree to communicate this policy to each attendee.

10. Refund & Transfer Policy

You can cancel your attendance at any time by emailing worldwidefeters@gmail.com. All deposits and payments are FINAL, and NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations or no-shows.

However, we allow the RESALE/TRANSFER of packages as long as you are current on all payments up to the time of the request. You are responsible for securing reimbursement from the person receiving your transfer. No changes will be allowed during this process. All transfer requests will incur a $100 administrative fee and must be completed by Monday, April 14, 2025.

11. No-Shows

No-shows will be charged for one night's room revenue. Any funds collected from no-shows, early departures, and late cancellations will be applied to the group's room block pickup report and any damages incurred due to attrition.

12. Policy Modifications

World Wide Feters reserves the right to amend or change these policies at any time.
