We will be holding our 3rd Annual Clinic from January 14 – 18, 2021. We are excited to be hosting an event where coaches are encouraged to celebrate Family! We’ve kept the cost as low as possible in order for you to be able to bring along your spouse, children, friend or additional staff if you wish. Childcare is free for ages 2 – 17 and special pricing is available for them to share a cabin with you. We’ll be meeting in Galveston, TX to board the ship by 3:30 PM on the 14th.

Our conference will include 10 HOURS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT focused on high school football, strength and conditioning coaching, as well as Panel Discussions and a Wives Social Events program. Clinic Sessions will be on At Sea days and Before Lunchtime to enable you to spend more time with your family. After Clinic Sessions, we can all continue to connect as we journey to sunny  Cozumel, onboard the Carnival Dream!

Each attendee will have access to meetings, breakout sessions, handouts and the ability to participate in a round-table discussion.

Wives will also have a few sessions and socials to gain knowledge from other women who know what life is like as a Coach’s Wife. We are Partnering with FCA to have a program for the wives as well as the coaches.


But this event is MORE than just a clinic! We will celebrate FAMILY on the Carnival Dream Cruise Ship as we sail to the sunny Caribbean! Celebrate WITH Your family WHILE you Complete your Professional Development.

Rooms and Pricing are per person rate based on double occupancy. This means that the rate we have been quoted is for each individual in a room for two. We desire this trip to be one that celebrates FAMILY and PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. Please bring a loved one, family member, friend or staff member as your roommate.

 Your deposit of $25 - $50 per person is due now to hold your spot.
A “full deposit” of $150 per person is due by 10/31/2020  This can be paid now if you want first choice on your cabin number.

CHILDREN’s CLUBs INFO:
Children have three clubs available based on their ages. All are drop-in – you can leave the children all day or just for a few hours. Email our Tour Director for more information. Childcare is available for children under the age of 2 at an additional cost.

Do I need a Passport? A Passport is preferred but US Citizens can bring a CERTIFIED copy of their Birth Certificate in addition to a Governmental photo ID. Here is a LINK to the full policy on ID documents for you and your children.

Itinerary:


  • Day 1 Thursday (Galveston): Departure time is 3:30 from the port. 

  • Day 2 Friday (Sea Day): Clinic classes from 8 AM until noon and afterward enjoy your free  day at sea

  • Day 3 Saturday (Cozumel):  Enjoy your day from 9 AM until 5 PM onshore

  • Day 4  Sunday (Sea Day):  Clinic classes from 8 AM until 1 PM and afterward enjoy your free day at sea

  • Day 5 Monday  (Galveston):  Back to port by 8 AM


Cancellation policy:
All payments are fully refundable until October 31, 2020.  After November 1, 2020, a penalty fee of $150 per person.  After November 21, 2020, a penalty fee of 50% will be assessed.  After December 17, 2020, a penalty of 75% will be assessed. After January 1, 2021, your full payment is forfeit.
