We are Travel Specialist and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Travel Specialist, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
Before we make arrangements for your flight, hotel, car rental, tour, cruise, or other trip, we require your signature on this page; this signifies your agreement with the following terms and conditions:
Escape & Travel (“Agent”) acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). Escape & Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their schedules.
Escape & Travel assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under Escape & Travel’s control. You hereby release Escape & Travel from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.
Escape & Travel has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, Escape & Travel recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, Escape & Travel recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel. You assume full responsibility for checking and verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release Escape & Travel from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. You agree that the courts in Tarrant County will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Escape & Travel and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation (vacation) insurance and that you check the appropriate box below.
Escape & Travel is a fee-based agency that specializes in excellent service. We research numerous vendors to ensure that we have received the best pricing on airfare, cruise fares, car rentals, accommodations, etc., based on desired travel dates and availability. This agency accepts no cash. Credit Cards/Cashier’s Checks/Money Orders/Checks will be made payable to Escape & Travel.
Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable, and non-extendable. If, however, you are unable to travel, you may use the price paid for airfare toward future travel. A minimum of $150 applies to any changes made after purchase plus any applicable increase in airfare. Certain restrictions do apply. Tickets are generally valid for 1-year from the purchase date.
I understand that ALL deposits and payments for services rendered and vacation packages may be non-refundable and non-transferable. All cancellations will result in a $100 per person administration fee.
Should you desire to continue with Escape & Travel’s services, a Vacation Planning Retainer is requested. That retainer, used to cover our time, services, and efforts should you decide not to confirm, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
