Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds: All payments and deposits made for FamCay vacations are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

   • Initial deposits
   • Partial payments
   • Final payments

2. Non-Transferable: Payments and deposits cannot be transferred to another booking or applied to future trips.

3. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or interruption of your trip. Travel insurance can provide coverage for a variety of situations, such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unexpected events.

4. Changes to Itinerary: FamCay reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or schedule. Any such changes constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies), FamCay will make every effort to reschedule or adjust the trip.
