I authorize DELL WAY TRAVEL, INC. to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to DELL WAY TRAVEL, INC. are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
FAMCAY 2025 CRUISE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for considering the FamCay 2025 Cruise organized by Dell Way Travel. Please carefully read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below before making any reservations.
Non-Refundable Purchase:
- FamCay Cruise is a non-refundable purchase. Once tickets are bought, no refunds will be provided for any reason. This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, unforeseen circumstances, or changes in your travel plans.
Age Requirement:
- All attendees must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 to participate in the FamCay Cruise. Any guests under this age must be accompanied by an adult.
Safety Responsibility:
- Participants assume sole responsibility for their safety during the cruise. The organizers do not guarantee the safety of attendees at any time. Travelers are advised to check relevant travel advisories and safety information before embarking on the cruise.
Independent Contractors:
- Shore excursions, tours, flights, transportation, and onboard services are provided by Carnival Cruise Line. The cruise organizers do not supervise these services and do not make representations regarding their suitability. Attendees use these services at their own risk, and the organizers are not liable for any issues arising from these services.
Payment and Cancellation Policies:
Payment
- No Refunds: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy. Attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
- Full payment is required at the time of the final payment due date.
- Monthly payment plans may be available with specified deposit requirements.
Late Payments & Cancellation:
- Late payments may result in the cancellation of reservations without a refund.
- A reinstatement fee will be applied if reservations are cancelled and then reinstated.
- Failure to pay by the designated due date will lead to automatic cancellation without a refund.
Name Changes:
- Name changes are allowed until the final payment date, subject to administrative fees.
Cabin Occupancy Changes:
- Rates are based on the number of individuals in a cabin. Changes in occupancy may result in a rate adjustment. The availability of cabins is subject to change, and rates may fluctuate until all occupants place a deposit and pay in full.
Itinerary Changes:
- The itinerary and events planned for the FamCay Cruise are subject to change without prior notice. The cruise organizer, Carnival Cruise Lines, reserves the right to modify the schedule as necessary.
Liability Release:
- Attendees release the Dell Way Travel, Inc from any liability for accidents, injuries, property damage, legal charges, or other incidents that may occur during the event.
By making a reservation and attending the FamCay Cruise, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. It is essential to carefully review and consider them before proceeding with your booking.
