Itinerary:

 
  • Day 1 MAR 29 ARRIVAL, TOKYO

    Arrive at Narita or HND airport, where you will be met by an English-speaking assistant at the arrival lobby and transferred to the hotel by chartered coach. *Luggage will be put in the Luggage storage in the coach. Check in hotel and the rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation: Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba or similar (4 nights) 

 

  • Day 2 March 30: Tokyo (B)**  
    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. This morning, meet your English-speaking guide in the hotel lobby for a full-day sightseeing tour of Tokyo by chartered coach, which includes visits to:  
    - Tsukiji Outer Market  
    - Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street  
    - Lunch on your own  
    - Tokyo Cruise on the Sumidagawa River (subject to confirmation)  
    - Hama-Rikyu Gardens  Return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
 
  • Day 3 March 31: Tokyo (B, L)**  
    Have breakfast at the hotel. At 8:00 AM, meet your English-speaking guide in the hotel lobby for a full-day sightseeing tour of Fuji and Hakone by chartered coach, visiting:  
    - The 5th Station of Mount Fuji (if access to Mt. Fuji's 5th station is closed in winter and spring due to heavy snow, the coach will go to the Fujisan World Heritage Center instead)  
    - Lunch at a local restaurant  
    - Pirate Cruise on Lake Ashi (Togendai-ko to Hakone-machi)  Return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
 
  • Day 4  April 1: Tokyo (B)**  
    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The day is free for you to explore at your leisure.
 
  • Day 5  April 2: Tokyo to Kyoto (B)**  
    Have breakfast at the hotel and check out. Meet your English-speaking assistant in the hotel lobby. *Luggage will be transferred to your hotel in Kyoto by chartered truck. You will transfer to Tokyo Station via chartered coach and take the JR Shinkansen train to Kyoto. *Standard Class.  
    Arrive at Kyoto Station, where you will meet an English-speaking assistant on the platform. Check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.  
    **Accommodation:** Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo or similar (4 nights)
 
  • Day 6 April 3: Kyoto (B)**  
    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Meet your English-speaking guide in the hotel lobby for a full-day sightseeing tour of Kyoto by chartered coach, which includes visits to:  
    - Tenryuji Temple  
    - Sagano Bamboo Forest  
    - Lunch on your own  
    - Kinkakuji Temple  
    - Tea Ceremony Experience  Return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
 
  • Day 7 April 4: Kyoto (B)**  
    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The day is free for you to explore at your leisure.  
    *Optional tour must be booked in advance at an additional cost.*  
    Meet your English-speaking guide in the hotel lobby and proceed to Kyoto Station on foot. Take the JR Shinkansen to Hiroshima. *Standard Class.*  
    Arrive at Hiroshima Station for a full-day sightseeing tour by chartered coach, which includes visits to:  
    - Miyajima Ferry from Miyajima-guchi to Miyajima  
    - Itsukushima Shrine  
    - Lunch at a local restaurant  
    - Miyajima JR Ferry from Miyajima to Miyajima-guchi  
    - Atomic Bomb Dome (viewing from outside only) & Peace Memorial Park  
    - Peace Memorial Museum  Return to the hotel in Kyoto on foot.
 
  • Day 8 April 5: Departure (B)**  
    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Meet your English-speaking assistant in the hotel lobby and transfer to the airport via chartered coach. *Luggage will be stored in the coach.*  
    Arrive at either Osaka Airport or Kansai Airport to check in for your flight home.
