This all-inclusive hotel in Cancun has more than 550 modern, spacious and comfortable rooms, which have been designed with all the amenities you can imagine to make sure you have a great stay.

Standard double room with courtyard view - The Hotel Riu Latino offers these 38 m2 rooms that have all the amenities you need to relax and unwind. They have two twin extra long beds (125x200 cm) or one super king size bed (200x200 cm), a lounge area with a sofa, air conditioning, a minibar, beverage dispensers, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace.

*Prices are for Standard rooms, if you are wanting upgraded rooms, such as sea views or swim outs, please contact me prior to booking. The prices will increase for upgraded rooms. 

HOTEL POLICY

Travel protection offers various coverage options to help take the worry out of travel. For your protection, Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and available upon request.  You can enroll for travel protection for Medical Expenses, Baggage Delays/Loss, Trip Delay or Cancellation, and other coverage. We can arrange coverage for you.

Travel Protection may be added to the reservation within 7 days after deposit but before final payment. In other words, if you decide to pay in full, the travel insurance must be added at time of booking.

*****In order to process it, everyone sharing the same room would need to agree or disagree to the type of travel insurance since each is paying for their portion separately, and since all names are under 1 room, 1 reservation.

The price of the insurance is an additional cost and is paid at time of booking.  There are two types of travel insurance, one you get full travel credit minus the cost of the travel plan (approximately 79.99 per adult) to use for future travel commencing within 395 days of the original departure date, and the other one you get cash refund minus the cost of the plan (approximately 184.99 per adult). 

For an insurance quote and purchase, please contact me before booking if you need to add travel insurance to your reservation.

 A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Booking is available until rooms are filled. 

Your trip must be paid in full by Feb. 15, 2024.  

Please select your options for your trip.  You may choose to have a room to yourself or share a room.  If you would like a roommate, you may enter their name or we'd be happy to match you up with another amazing pilot wife.  Once you enter your information, your booking will be confirmed when all roommates have finished entering their information.  If you are the only one on the reservation as a single occupancy, then your booking will be confirmed within 24-48 hours.  You will receive a confirmation email.

NOTE: When you enter your financial information and click "submit", your card will not be charged at that time.  You are only authorizing payment from your card.  Payment will be made using this information into the vendor supplier platform.

* ATTENTION ROOMMATES - even if you are rooming with someone, select 1 traveler so that your individual financial information will be captured.  All roommates will select the same package.  Your trip will be combined with your roommates and your total per person price will be reflected by your room occupancy on your itinerary under the one reservation number.  Your traveling dates will need to match up with your roommates since it is under one reservation.  If you do not have a roommate, we will be happy to match you up with someone.

Keep in mind that rates and availability are subject to change until payment is applied. I will notify you of any changes prior to charging your payment and finalizing your reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel Policy: Penalties may apply unless Travel Protection Plus is  purchased.

Hotel Cancel Policy:  Cancellation Deadline: 4 Days  prior to arrival.  Cancel before 4/06/2024 to avoid penalties.  Late Cancellation Penalty: 2 Nights.
