Rates are all-inclusive for cruise accommodations, meals and drink as described above, port taxes, gratuities & above listed tours.
It is possible to add extra tours now, until sailing, and on board based on availability.
Rates are per person based on double occupancy and do not include flights, insurance, or pre/post-stay accommodations.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing to dave@dnatours.com In cases of cancellation by you / a $90 cancellation fee is required for processing and loss of travel agent revenue. Further, Amadeus River Cruises, LLC has the right to collect and retain, and you agree to pay the following cancellation charges, calculated either as a flat-rate amount or as a percentage of the travel price and dependent on the number of days left until the planned departure date:
Terrell Edwards is the organizer and tour leader for this event as a private passenger and is scheduled to attend.
DNA Tours Ltd & RiverCruiseKing.com are the agents for the cruise only and have no influence or responsibility if Mr. Edwards is unable to attend. Guests are responsible for their cruise booking whether or not Mr. Edwards attends.
DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE:
121 days and more prior to departure 10% of total cruise fare per person (full deposit) / 120-90 days prior to departure 50% of total cruise fare per person / 89-60 days prior to departure 80% of total cruise fare per person / Less than 60 days prior to departure-100% of total cruise fare per person.
Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended and will be made available at the time of deposit. All guests must complete an insurance intention form to receive documents.
