To be included in Luke and Edwin’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Luke and Edwin with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort will charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before July 22nd, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

Between July 22nd, 2025 and August 22nd, 2025 up to 25% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 1 night will apply to cancellations above 25% of remaining room nights.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 22nd, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Marival Armony will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
