It is my goal to keep travel arrangements for guest as stress free and affordable as possible, below are the options we will offer. 

 

  •       Airfare and hotel bundles with payment plans.
  •       Hotel only options with payment plans.
  •       Excursions and activities outside of group festivities.
  •       Customized packages for guest based on budget and availability.

 

This is an international trip to Cancun; passport books are required to join the fun at the adults only all-inclusive resorts selected! Passport books need to be obtained before departure however do not need to be obtained prior to booking and paying deposits. Deposits are $150 per person hotel only and an additional $200 per person to add airfare to payment plan. 

 

What's included in this trip:

  • Accommodations at the brand-new adults only all-inclusive Riu Palace Kukulkan 
  • Ground transportation to and from resort
  • Pre- departure travel protection in form of Travel Credit

What's not included but can be added for additional cost:

  • Round trip airfare if selected (American Airlines) 
  • Pre- departure travel protection that guarantees refund
 
What's not included:
  1.  Excursions/ Offsite group activity.

Tentative Itinerary:

  • August 10th - Day 1:  
    • Arrive in CUN- Ground transportation arranged to resort
    • Start with a short tour of resort and get your bearings.
    • Meet & greet with other couples at resort bar
    • Nightly entertainment on resort
 
  • August 11th- Day 2:
    • Relax on the beach, party as much as possible- take over a pool. ;-) First full day at the resort!!

 

  • August 12th - Day 3:
    • Private group Excursion/ Activity- Party Catamaran This year color theme is shades of yellow swimwear(this is optional and will have additional per person cost paid 8 weeks before arrival) 
 
  • August 13th -Day 4:
    •  Explore the city or solo excursions- spend one on one time with your spouse.
 
  • August 14th -Day 5:
    •  Last full day- perfect for Spa Day on resort, couple massage or just more relax on the beach
    • Semi Private all white dinner reservation for group!
 
  • August 15th -Day 4:
    •  Departure day
    • Guest meet for breakfast
    • Depart to CUN Airport- Ground transportation arranged

Cancellation policy:

Travel insurance is required for international travel booked by Travel Passion. The default insurance is Pre-Departure Protection that is included protects against cancelations. Post Departure Protection can be added at an additional cost, please contact April for details. 
 
 

Important booking instructions:

After all selections have been made it is important that the following information is added for each traveler 
 
  1. Spelling of name as printed (or anticipated to be printed) in Passport Book
  2. Date of birth confirmed
  3. City of origin if airfare is selected and not located in Kansas City 
  4. Please allow up to one business day for payments to process
