• Prices are not final and are subject to change until the deposit is paid.
• Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month. Final payment is due on or before May 15, 2024, 9 pm EST to ensure your reservation remains active.
• Credit/Debit card payments are subject to a convenience (transaction) fee.  To avoid such transaction fees, Zelle payments are accepted at passportkisses@gmail.com. 
• Passports are required. Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before December 19, 2024. Failure to receive your passport before departure will result in all money being forfeited unless travel protection is added.
• Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and/or government-issued ID.  It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that names are accurate and complete when submitting the reservation. Any fees associated with booking changes needed to correct inaccurate or incomplete information, are the responsibility of the traveler and must be satisfied before changes are made.
• Name changes are allowed after management approval and a non-refundable name change fee of $100 is satisfied by the traveler.
• Packages including airfare are available per request and will include additional rates & fees
• Roommates must complete separate registration forms and submit their deposits within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a reservation.
• If traveling with a roommate, travelers are responsible for making sure their roommate is making timely payments. Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the room cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate.
• The resort has the right to forfeit or charge an additional fee at their current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.
• For land-only packages - To ensure roundtrip airport transportation, flights must be purchased and flight itinerary must be submitted to Passport Kisses Travel Boutique at least 4 weeks prior to departure.  Failure to send a complete flight itinerary within the specified timeframe will result in travelers needing to secure their own airport transportation at travelers expense. 
• Travel Protection is recommended and will cover trip cancellations.  All payments to Passport Kisses Travel Boutique are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This is because Passport Kisses Travel Boutique has contractual agreements with hotels, transportation companies, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.  Refund requests are reviewed and/or honored considering the terms of your optional travel protection plan.
• Late payments must first be approved by Passport Kisses Travel Boutique and are subject to late fees.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing is final only after a deposit is paid and confirmation is secured.
