Clients will receive up to three cruise options for one itinerary.
Additional cruise itinerary inquiries are assessed at $40 per itinerary thereafter.
Cruise inquiry fees are non-refundable and will not be credited towards the cost of your trip.
If clients require quotes for additional itineraries, they will be subject to the outlined fees:
$45 per itinerary for small groups (6-9 travelers)
$65 per itinerary for large groups (10+ cabins)
Cruise inquiry fees are non-refundable and will not be credited towards the cost of the cruise.
It may take 14 business days or more to receive a group quote based on the turnaround time of the cruise vendor.
Flights & Airfare Requests
All cruise reservations can be made with or without airfare.
Quotes that include airfare are based on one city of origin. If there are guests traveling from different cities, their packages will be subject to air rates for their respective departure locations.
If a guest would like to add airfare after a reservation has been made (meaning the deposit has been applied to hold the cruise or the trip has been paid in full), a $25 service fee will be assessed in addition to any change fees required by the vendor.
Requests for airfare to be added after a cruise reservation has been made will not be covered by the original travel protection plan. Airfare added separately is considered a new reservation and will be non-refundable unless separate travel protection is purchased.
Deposits & Pricing
Deposits are required to secure a reservation at the quoted rate. Failure to submit a deposit in a timely manner may result in a rate increase, decrease, or change in available inventory.
Rates in quotes are subject to change at any time based on the market and the cruise vendor. Curated Jaunts by Jonne has no authority over cruise rates or inventory availability.
Occupancy & Cancellations
For double, triple, and quad occupancy staterooms:
If a guest cancels their reservation, they may receive a refund (if they have purchased travel protection, subject to its terms). However, the remaining guests will absorb the cost of that guest’s portion of the stateroom.
If the remaining guests would like to keep their reservation despite a member canceling, they may do so. However, it will be considered a new reservation and will be re-priced at the current market rate. The new rate may be higher or lower than the original booking price.
It is the guest’s responsibility to read and agree to the terms of the provided travel protection.
Once the reservation is made, all cancellations and changes are subject to the terms of the travel protection.
AUTHORIZATION
I authorize Curated Jaunts by Jonne to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today’s date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to Curated Jaunts by Jonne are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
By signing below, you are signing this agreement electronically. You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement. By submitting, you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement’s terms and conditions.
